You’ll be successful in this role if;

• You have experience in the field and can operate on your own as well as in a team

• You can make decisions and work autonomously with minimal supervision

• You’re a problem solver and quick thinker and can get things done

• You’re willing to provide support and training to the team – we have apprentices at all stages of their journey, and they’ll look to you for support and guidance.

• You have a great attitude – we’ve built up a great culture and like to have a laugh amongst the professionalism.

• You’re innovative and productive – if you have a better method for doing something, we want to hear it.

Our non-negotiables for this role include;

• Licensed and fully qualified tradesperson license

• A current Australian drivers license

• Currently have or are willing to obtain a Certificate II in Split Airconditioning systems

• Currently have or are willing to obtain your CPR qualification
